Surgimento de programas de diversidade de recursos humanos no Brasil

Abstract

O objetivo do artigo é analisar o surgimento e a difusão de programas de diversidade de recursos humanos especificamente visando aqueles que trabalham com a inclusão de negros e mulheres. Para isto, foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico sobre o surgimento de iniciativas legais e de programas de diversidade de recursos humanos de governo, empresas e outros tipos de organizações nessa área, além de uma entrevista com uma profissional da área de recursos humanos. No Brasil, a difusão dessas iniciativas se encontra em um estágio inicial quando comparado com outros países, como os Estados Unidos, porém, deve-se salientar o número crescente de iniciativas.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the emergence and diffusion of diversity programs for human resources developed to the inclusion of legal initiatives blacks and women. For this, we conducted a literature review on the emergence of programs for human resources diversity and a research of various government, businesses and other organizations in this area, as well as an interview with a professional in the field of human resources. The diffusion of these initiatives is in an initial stage in Brazil when compared with other as the United States, however it should be noted the increasing number of initiatives.
