MIGSA un Aporte a la Competitividad de las PYME Bogotanas desde la Gestión Sostenible y la Asociatividad

Abstract

El MIGSA1 , se estructuró con la intención de aportar a la competitividad de las PYME desde la gestión del desarrollo sostenible y la asociatividad. Es por esto, que el principal objetivo de esta investigación es conocer y analizar la competitividad de las PYMES manufactureras y turísticas de Bogotá desde la gestión sostenible y asociatividad, mediante el resultado de la aplicación del modelo. Para lograr este objetivo, se hará un recorrido sobre los principales fundamentos teóricos que permitieron su construcción, pasando por una breve descripción de la metodología utilizada en la estructuración y validación del mismo y terminando con el análisis y propuesta de mejora, fruto de la aplicación del modelo en cincuenta y seis PYMES de los sectores manufactureros y turísticos de Bogotá. Al final del artículo se presentarán algunas conclusiones de los resultados obtenidos en las empresas de estos dos sectores.

MIGSA, was structured with the intention to contribute to the competitiveness of the SMEs from sustainable development management and associativity. For this reason, the main goal of this research is to know and analyze how competitive the manufacturing and touristic SMEs in Bogotá are from the stand point of sustainable management and associativity, through the result of the model’s application. This article intends to cover the main theoretical foundations of its construction, including a short description of the methodology used to structure and validate the model and ending with an analysis and improvement proposal as a result of the application of the model in fifty six SMEs of the manufacturing ant tourism sectors in Bogotá. At the end of the article some conclusions are given on the results achieved in the companies of these two sectors.
