Inclusive innovation has emerged in the academic field in response to questions aimed at competitive innovation and its ability to meet the needs and expectations of less favored social groups and those living in poverty. This research focuses on the design of a conceptual model that evaluates innovation capacities in micro, small and medium business) oriented towards the generation of inclusive innovations. Through a literature review exercise, the methodologies or tools designed for the measurement of innovation capabilities are examined, likewise, the factors that characterize inclusive innovation are identified, to conclude with the development of a categorical construct that bases the conceptual model for the measurement of inclusive innovation capacities at business level.
